Ky-Mani Marley has been an extremely popular Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was one of the wealthiest and most popular. He appeared in Shottas a film that has become a legend with Wyclef. Ky-Mani was signed to Shang Records where he recorded his first album in the year 1996. Like Father Like Son and several singles, including Judge Not with Patra then Dear Dad" (which topped the British reggae charts) Who The Cap Fit (remix) as well as Sensimelia All of these contributed to his growing reputation in the newest generation of reggae artists. In 1997 Ky-Mani joined forces with Praswell (Fugees) for Avenue an acclaimed cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley was a part of the Midem show (an international music showcase) that was the first time it was held in Miami.
